Alie B. Sesay popularly known as BASIC. He was born on the 26th May 1996; he started his film career on stage (Drama) while he was in primary School, and there he started developing stories on his own. He has acted Drama since his primary level (2005) to senior secondary level (2011) and later decided to join a movie production in 2012. He enrolled as an actor and a playwright, were he wrote his first movie titled SUN OF THE LIGHT and it was shot in 2014. After the movie was filmed, he was given the position as an Assistant Director in the production house, but due to the challenges we faced on the editing of the movie, he later dedicated himself into an online film training program in 2018, were he received two years experience in filming and editing. And presently he is one of the youngest Film Editors in his country Sierra Leone.
