When you set GOALS, and put your mind to something, you can accomplish anything. Don’t just wait for things to go your way. Make it happen! I always said I wanted one of these ever since I had a friend growing up who’s father had one under a tarp for years until he sold it due to a divorce. I’ve sold it since because it was just a stepping stone, but I had fun with it for sure. I did what I wanted with it and made large off of it, more then it was worth. I traded it for renovations on an old house I had and the renovations were worth more then I payed and then I sold the house for much more then I owed due to the Reno’s. It was meant to be! Seize your opportunities and don’t let them slip through your fingers...
